♥ As soon as you click confirm, your order is considered final. You will receive a text message containing all the details that you will need (Ex. Bank account number). No cancellation of orders shall be allowed after the said message has been sent.
♥ Full/Partial payment should be made not later than 3 days (including non-working holidays) after the order form has been sent. Otherwise, the processing of your order shall be discontinued until payment has been made.
♥ Partial payments (only through G-cash) should not be lower than 100 pesos per shirt or 60% of the final amount. (whichever is higher)
♥ Shipping fees shall be shouldered by the buyer.
♥ Remaining balance should be cleared before or upon receipt of item/s purchased.
♥ No return, no exchange. (so please please check for damages before paying the final amount) :D
Ordering our designs...
♥ Processing of orders would be by batch (usually a week or so).
Printing your own designs...
♥ Minimum number of shirts: 10
♥ A softcopy of your design must be sent to say.tees@yahoo.com with the subject "DESIGN: <name_of_organization>" not later than 3 days after the order form has been sent. (not having the correct format may delay the processing of your order or may even cause your files to be lost)
♥ Make sure you have a back-up file of your design before you send it to us. Again, your files may be lost in the process of sending it through e-mail.
♥ Allow 1-2 weeks after payment for printing and drying, depending on the number of shirts.
♥ If the order was made less than 7 days before the deadline, it will be considered rush processing and an additional P10 rush fee per shirt will be included in your final quotation.
♥ Prices will be released 24 hours after the e-mail has been received.
Accessorize...
♥ Items posted in the albums section are available on-hand and are ready for pick-up unless labeled as sold.
♥ Even if the stocks are sold out, you may still order the designs. (subject to availability)
♥ A text message regarding the status of your order will be sent at most 3 days after the order has been placed.
♥ Once the item is ready for pick-up, you will be given 3 daysto claim and pay for your order in full. Failure to do so will give the owner the freedom to offer the item to another customer.
♥ Items will be considered sold upon ordering.
